To all my friends and family,

During this sad time for China, my heart goes out to those that have been affected by this tragedy. If you are interested in helping in any sort of way, a local Dr. has setup a local Colorado-based organization that is involved in the effort to ship much needed medical supplies to Chengdu.

It’s spearheaded by Dr. Shou-Ching Tang, who is currently the Chief of Hematology at Denver Health, and a native of Chengdu, Sichuan. To all of you, remember this is a good example of why you should always let your loved ones know you love them. If you haven’t spoken to someone for a long time because of an argument then get over it and let them know how much you care. You never know, they (or you) may be gone at any moment. When your spouse, or children leave for the day, tell them you love them, give them a kiss, it may be the last chance you have.

To all my Chinese friends, best wishes to you and your family. I hope that none where harmed during the earthquake. My blessing for all of you and your country.
